- Is this a real marriage?
- No. A UnionIA ceremony is symbolic and ceremonial. It is not a legal marriage or partnership, is not recognized by any government, does not change your civil status and creates no legal rights or obligations.
- Do I need an account?
- No. You can build and preview an entire ceremony without signing up. Your progress is stored on your own device until you choose to order.
- What do I actually receive?
- A symbolic certificate, your vows, your companion's portrait and — on Premium — a shareable certificate image and an Our Story page.
- Which AI companions are supported?
- Any of them. You tell us the platform or model, and it appears on the certificate as you wrote it.
- What happens to my vows and story?
- They are used to produce your documents and nothing else. They are never sent to analytics, never sold, and you can ask us to delete them.
- Can I get a refund?
- Because packages are generated for you individually, contact us within 14 days and we will look at your request personally.
- Which languages are available?
- English, French, Spanish and Arabic, including right-to-left layout for Arabic. More can be added.
- Can I use a photo of a real person as the avatar?
- Only with that person's permission. Uploads and generated portraits are moderated, and you can report misuse from the contact page.
