The service
UnionIA provides personalized symbolic ceremony documents. The service is creative and ceremonial. It does not provide legal, notarial or civil-status services of any kind.
No legal effect
Nothing produced by UnionIA constitutes a marriage, partnership, civil union or any other legally recognized status, and nothing creates legal rights or obligations between you and any person or system.
Your content
You keep ownership of the text you write. You grant us the limited right to use it to produce and deliver your package. You confirm you have the right to use any image you upload.
Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful content, content that sexualizes minors, hateful content, or content that impersonates a real person or implies a legal relationship. We may refuse or remove such content and cancel the order.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros including applicable taxes. Plans and prices are verified on the server at the time of purchase.
Cancellation
Because each package is individually generated, the right of withdrawal may not apply once generation has begun. Contact us within 14 days and we will review your request.
Liability
The service is provided as a creative product. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
